The Castro Marim Golfe and Country Club is a wonderful luxury golf resort. It is in a spectacular location, in the Algarve on the SpanishPortuguese border, by the River Guadiana. There are three superbly designed 9-holes golf courses with a total of 27 holes. The resort is surrounded by the Sapal Nature Reserve, with stunning views of the mountains and the Atlantic Ocean. The resort consists of 53 luxury, three bedroom, fully air-conditioned linked villas, with private swimming pools; and very soon 61 two and three bedroom detached village houses, with communal swimming pool. Each luxury linked villa is a front line golf property, with splendid views overlooking eitheror a combination of the golf course, the Atlantic Ocean, the Sapal Nature Reserve, or the river Guadiana. This luxury furnished linked villa (220m2) lies on the Castro Marim golf resort in the Algarve close to the Spanish border. The villa has a big terrace with a beautiful view, a private swimming pool and a fixed BBQ. Inside the house is a pleasant fireplace and complete aircon. Centrally situated, 40min. from Faro and 80min. from Seville, in the middle of 25 golf courses in the Algarve and 15 in east Andalusia!You will find the villa in a group of four on the resort in a peaceful cul-de-sac, bordering along the fairway of the 9th hole. You can park at the house and the clubhouse is within walking distance. Cleaning service is 1x per week (see cost at the place), on request is a daily house cleaner as well, what it includes is a helper daily who will do the house holds. The beach is within 5km, where the resort has its own beach club. In the villa is a map with information over all the golf courses, restaurants, tips, where to go with children and more.The resort has a view and borders along a big bird nature reserve with among others flamingos. The surrounding is still authentic Portuguese and not yet affected by mass tourism. Due to the location, it is ideal for Portugal as well as Spain lovers!

The spacious living room has a lovely fireplace. The living room opens onto the pool terrace. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with jacuzzi and terrace on the upper floor. Both private terraces have fabulous views of eithera combination of the golf course, the Atlantic Ocean, the Sapal Nature Reserve, or the river Guadiana.The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described.Daily cleaning included.
