A friendly site, part of the Yelloh! Village chain, with a fabulous pool complex and a spectacular setting next to a lovely bay. 1.5km from the old port of Carantec and Plage du Kelenn, Les Mouettes is situated near one of the most beautiful bays on the Breton coast. The site is very well-kept with many pleasant, grassy pitches, some surrounded by trees and flowers. The main attraction is the impressive swimming pool complex overlooked by the bar terrace, where the children will enjoy floating along the lazy river surrounding the huge waterchutes (rings available from shop). They can also try their hand at the unusual 18-hole crazy-golf course, not forgetting the beach is just 1.5km away.
A delightful parc with excellent facilities and a beautiful location. Particularly popular with families in early or late summer. Set on a sheltered peninsula fringed with beaches, coves and islands, Carantec has a feeling of peace and spaciousness that makes it a popular choice with Eurocamp families. Always looked after to a high standard, mature trees and shrubs enhance the parc area where most of the pitches are grassy and some are partly shaded. However, there are also some large, sunny pitches which reflect the owners hard work and enthusiasm for the parc. The impressive, modern swimming pool complex with its magnificent waterslides and Lazy River is the focal point for friends to gather and have fun, while new in 2008 was a new bar and a Salle dAnimation play room too. To really savour the air of quiet relaxation, why not enjoy a mornings fishing and contemplation in one of the nearby coves, or visit the golf course at nearby Carantec.
