This residence offers a total of 15 apartments, and almost all the apartments on the 1st2nd floors are equipped with a balcony with a splendid view over the Lago Maggiore. Almost all the apartments on the ground floor have a shared terrace infront of the door, which crosses over into the communal parking area, which is located infront of the residence. When you cross this road then you will reach the bar, the restaurant and the sun terrace along the lake. In the fron of the apartments, you will find a small parking area. The residence is seperated from the Lago Maggiore with the sunterras, bar and restaurant by a through road.Furthermore, it is possible rent to waterscooters, windsurf, canoes, mountain bikes, etc.. Therefore an ideal starting point to visit the many castles and villa's around the Lago Maggiore (eg. Villa Taranto, the biggest European garden park, only within 10 min. drive) or along the Parco Nazionale della Valgrande, one of the biggest nature parks, within less than 20min. by car. Further, the rest of teh lake area is easily reachable: Lake of Lugano and Como lake approx. 60km and the town Milan 80km.
